v164 Forge 6.4 lädt MC mit Java 1.8 (64 Bit) nicht?

Hallo!



Ich habe im MC Launcher ein Lade-Abbruch mit schwerwiegendem Fehler. :(

Launcher-Version (aktuell): 1.5.3

MC Version: 1.6.4 mit diversen MODs.

Forge: 6.4.49.965

Java: 1.8.0_25.

Das Laden funktioniert, wie ich annehmen darf seit Installation der neuen Java-Version. Vorher hatte ich ein 1.7.

Java 1.8 Upgrade wurde aufgrund Tipp wg. Lags in Minecraft 1.8 empfohlen.

Ideen, wie man MC 1.6.4 (Forge) und 1.8 mit Java 1.8/64 zum Laufen bringt?

Alternativ käme ich auf die Idee zu der Frage, ob Java 1.7 und 1.8 parallel existieren können. (Letzte hat vorletzte Version deinstalliert; vermute daher eigentlich: Eher nicht.)
